Exceptional spa and service!

My stay at Berjer Boutique Hotel & Spa was delightful! The staff were exceptionally helpful, guiding me with travel tips and accommodating my requests seamlessly. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, making mornings bright. The location is superb, just a short walk from Taksim Square, which made exploring the city a breeze. I particularly enjoyed the whirlpool bath in my room, providing a touch of luxury after a day of sightseeing. I also indulged in a fantastic massage at the spa, ensuring a relaxing retreat.

However, the rooms are a bit smaller than expected, which may not be ideal for travelers needing more space. Additionally, during my stay, I encountered a minor issue with the check-in process, which could have been smoother. The lobby could also benefit from a dedicated luggage storage area instead of leaving bags in the open, which didn’t instill much confidence. While the facilities are enjoyable, the small swimming pool may not meet everyone's expectations.

the reception lady was an absolute shock, rolling her eyes at us for catching the wrong taxi! the room smelled like stale cigarettes, not even a hint of an upgrade or complimentary gesture for my troubles. construction noise ruined my peaceful stay—why isn't it their job to handle that better? i almost wrote a good review, but just couldn't.

the spa facilities are amazing and mostly uncrowded.

Limited food and drink facilities beyond breakfast, making it difficult to relax in the hotel after hours. The surrounding area can feel unsafe at night, with poor lighting and uneven sidewalks that pose hazards. The Nescafé coffee machine serves lackluster coffee, which disappointed some guests.

Our family had an exceptional stay! The staff was always cheerful and went out of their way to make our child feel special. The breakfast offerings were superb, making each morning delightful. The hotel's location made exploring Istanbul a breeze.

My stay at Berjer Boutique Hotel & Spa for two nights was truly enjoyable. The hotel's prime location in Taksim made it convenient, just a 5-10 minute walk from Taksim Square and Gezi Park. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, reflecting a cozy ambiance. The staff were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience, contributing significantly to my comfort and ease during my work trip.

Rooms were clean and had great Wi-Fi. Restaurant options were limited and breakfast was normal.

I stayed in a Standard Double or Twin Room for 4 nights. The room was super cozy and clean, with a big bed and great water pressure in the shower. I loved the warm floor heating in the bathroom—such a nice touch! Plus, the breakfast was amazing, with tons of options every morning. Just a heads up, the room was a bit small, so if you need space, keep that in mind.
